Quality Policy

To meet customer expectations, MCB offers professional certification services for Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP - Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and ISO 22000, as well as Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001). These services are grounded in principles that foster trust, including impartiality, conflict of interest management, objectivity, competence, responsibility, transparency, confidentiality, responsiveness to complaints, non-discrimination, and independence. MCB consistently adheres to applicable laws and regulations, referencing standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, and ISO 9001:2015.

MCB is supported by personnel with verified qualifications in managing systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, ISO 19011:2018, ISO/TS 22003-1:2022, ISO/IEC 17021-3:2017, and IAF MD (1; 2; 4; 5; 11; 15; 17; and 23). Additionally, MCB maintains stable financial health.
