ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015
On 19 August 2025, KAN issued a policy regarding the consolidation of accreditation scheme numbers for certification bodies. As a result, the HACCP Certification Body (LS HACCP), the SMKP Certification Body (LS SMKP), and the Food Safety Management System Certification Body (LSSM) of PT Embrio Biotekindo now use the LSSM accreditation number, LSSM-042-IDN. The accreditation for LS HACCP, LS SMKP, and LSSM under the number LSSM-042-IDN is valid from 2 January 2025 until 16 December 2029.
